Hi BH, There are a couple of answers to your question:

If you're looking for the total SOI on the date of the 2007 all-time high (intra-day high made on 14/05/07), then it was 294,490,943 shares (per 3B released only a few days earlier on 09/05/07 - link). This is the number to use if you wish to figure the implied MC at the time of that incredible blow-off top all-time high SP. It's important, however, to understand that this was when the company was known as Niagara Mining Ltd, immediately prior to the reorganisation that resulted after soon AF and his crew took over.

The SOI immediately following the company reorganisation roughly halved to 151,446,086 shares (per 3B released on 19/07/07 - link). The company was renamed to Poseidon Nickel Ltd on the ASX (with the current ticker code) soon after on 25/07/07.
