The worst mass killer of all time is not Mao,Stalin or Hitler. It is a well meaning American woman, Rachel Carson. She led a campaign to ban DDT. Monsanto was happy to concede as more expensive new chemicals were available to spray for mosquitoes and other first world countries. Spraying stopped in the third world and millions died as we sang along to "Down by the River".
