The last time they were in advanced stage they signed up SKI soon after. I think that they know when to write advanced and won't be using that word recklessly. This time it may take longer because they are asking for financial commitment at the same time as offtake agreement.
I also think that if others are not using that word in their announcements then there would be a reason for that as well. They might not be in advanced discussions like AUZ.
