Firstly: Not advice, I own RDY

- Directors are buying, several of them and in size. They already own around 10% of the company. They don't usually buy shares in size and en masse.


- High quality revenue - 89% recurring at 1H21, they have a sticky product it's hard to change

- This is huge "Increased customer lifetime value to $81.4k from $64.1k in FY20."

- "Annualised revenue per new customers has grown +49% to $42.5k, with many customers above $100k p.a"

Possible upside that doesn't appear priced in at current levels:
- The actual acquisition... I don't think this looks to be priced in per Commsec numbers (PE ratios etc) given lack of analyst coverage at $200m market cap
- Cross selling
- Selling their product offshore
