why i love allan kohler

he is painfully honest
he was predicting doom and gloom and ended up getting it wrong
so what does he do
he admits that he made a mistake
and tells you why he got wrong
he didn't factor in the fact that property prices would stay up, that businesses would be able to refinance with capital raisings and the effect of rudds monetary and fiscal policy on the general economy
so what does he say....
