At the end of day who is more important the employer or the employee?

1. The employee = consumer... without the consumer the employer is nothing.

2. Without the employer, the out of work employee/consumer can go back to swinging from the trees and eating bananas.

Conclusion - once upon a time we lived without employers and we can probably do it again if push came to shove.
