From the prospectus:
"Search Party’s median net revenue per permanent placement has been $1,200 and ranged between $384 - $2,887 depending on the mix of candidate salary and the agreed recruitment fee (on average, 8-10% of candidate salary). These factors vary in each case."
Fair enough, the mean fee is likely to be much lower than the median and you may well be right that $500 to $600 is closer to the mark.
However, $500 to $600 is more than enough when you consider who the volume of placements has grown and likely to continue to grow. In fact, I hope the amount falls because it would mean that recruiter fees are falling which in turn means that the platform is creating more value for recruiters and employers alike. Volumes of placements are the key measure here not revenue at this stage.
