DDzx, we've also been using Iconic, a local seller of mens' and womens' shoes, clothing, handbags, etc. A bag was incorrectly ordered by us as it turned out to be BIG (someone does not know how to use measurements). The Iconic phone person said they'll send out a sticker for us to put on the box it came in, send the parcel back, and they'll refund the full amount on receipt. No probs in the end. Their prices include free delivery and they despatch usually on the same day, time permitting. You can buy mens' casual shoes for as little as $14.97 delivered.
This is why retail clothing is now affordable, but we have a long way to go before we catch up with the rest of the world on grocery and hardware pricings.
