I Agree with you on that Preempt.
I hope you are right and you never know one day I will join again, but not before a drill hits the ground. If that ever happens, than there is still good money to be made.
I have been in too many oilers before, to believe you have to be in it from the beginning.
Hardman in Mauritanian waters was a good example: went from around a dollar after first discovery to 40 cents when I went in and that run to $2.45 in some months after.

I still hope RRS will pull it off, because I have spent too much time and energy in it.
