1, current SP, any big volum of account receiveable can make it soar.

2, After Sydney project fail, in fact ERG not running very bad.

3, ERG is not idiot at all, if the chance of wining the litigation is quite rare, it won't spend more than 10 million to sue NSW, same as its lawyers, not idiot too.there must have many points to argue. Neither is Duncan, donot forget even after sydney project fail he still put more money in,and suspend the loan interests. He knows current ongoing business can cover his loss of course.

4, Reconstruction, not really negative. ERG's biggest problem is its management, the new member of Vix ERG board should be more professional, if more capital injected in, the business will run on a more serious basement.

5, less than 5% shares traded below 2 cents.

6, Smartcards is still the future anyway.
