All of the points sound logic but ERG could surprise everyone in extremely bad way.
Check its record and ponder what the risks would be. I don't think all of the losers in ERG would think they would be trapped so tightly when they bought.
They want to get out of the traps but they could not. Pains could be the source of the love.
Some psychlogical boos say so. If you dislike, please don't blame me.
