I could see Mac coming back with something like 50c, they are after all possibly prepared to pay 37c or there abouts over 4 years. obviously if existing share holders are resisting this bid then Mac needs to come back with another offer strong enough to finalise the deal and get it done as this is already looking tos screw up their timeline.

Also Santos needs to drill a couple of holes over the next couple of years to keep their place in our JV. How much do we need for each hole and can RC or someone replacing RC get santos to bring this forward, see if we find increase our reserves, etc... I recall seeing an article about RC and a potential billion dollar gas deal thought bubble with the a friend of his, if we have the reserves maybe he can prepay and we give him a bit of a discount etc..
