I just have significant doubt about giles comments, where were these people with the last CR? I don't have a history here, but I believe there was at least one CR that raised very little? Nothing has changed except perhaps the issue rate will be less- don't see how we are going to suddenly raise $50M. I know others are likely sniffing around Grants in particular but none of those will have a history of paying significantly more than the market value for shares or deposit.
I don't expect someone to be willing to come in and pay say $20M for Grants when they can buy the whole company for say $30 or $40M. What am I missing?
