@choochx01 - thanks for picking me up on this - I had forgotten about this. The 14 cents sounds familiar and I think it may have been promoted as an opportunity for existing shareholders to buy in at a lower price than GFG/SIMEC.
This was as much detail as I could find on the proposed capital raising in the EGM notice:
"Rights Issue – The Company is required to undertake a pro-rata rights issue at a discount to the Reference Share Priceto raise up to $5 million, following approval by shareholders of the subscriptions under the Share SubscriptionAgreement. The terms of the rights issue will be finalised by the Company following shareholder approval of theTransaction."
I could not find any reference to the price per share.
Regardless, for those that were against a NO vote because of concerns of their being another capital raising, it appears clear that both a YES and a NO vote are likely to result in another capital raising.
