Not sure about that. 100% of the ASX companies I email don't reply to me, unless it is about a very specific routine question eg: When do the Q1 results come out? They have no obligation to reply.
We are retail investors on the secondary market. Secondary market exists so the primary market can sell out when they wish.
If you are a fund investor I would say you get your questions answered.
