    Its not just CER, its just about all REITS.
    CNP is trading HIGHER, I believe last time CER was ahead.
    Last time we had a run up based on distribution
    The other time was from the lows which was very hard to sustain, this was from a base of 9-10c that consolidated for a while

    Its just consolidating what I believe 12.5c-14c for a while.

    Just my thoughts...
