i think igo taking wsa makes sense. i think it makes both enterprises stronger. wsa needs igo diversity and would benefit from their management. igo needs nickel and nickel prospects. a combined entity can allocate capital efficiently and would have lower borrowing costs and take at a higher multiple.
i don't see the case for bhp benefiting from taking wsa. wsa is just too small, unless they find much more nickel
