Why I think that if IGO bids it needs to be at least $4.00 per share., page-204

Its is tough job to choose the words that are going to be in the final version of these documents. What I read between the lines (My opinion and possibly biased)

a) Discussions are "ongoing" - Suggests at the minimum its not a "NO"
b) Significant value can be generated through "these type of corporate activity" - Suggests to me IGO sees value in WSA (Subject to DD)?
c) "Thorough" Due diligence - This suggests the delay is due to thorough DD being conducted?

Now this where this really becomes my biased view - The fact that WSA made it to Chairman's AGM address its saying something for those who are not completely deaf.
