Agreed that there’s a lot more to valuing companies and transaction prices including for example all sorts of intangibles like quality of management and everyone will have their own view of what is reasonable.

My observation was purely prompted by your $250m of the market cap. I now really don’t understand why you made that comment in a thread about transaction price given you were so quick to apparently dismiss its importance in your very next post!
