Whilst he states that they are in talks that is in no way negative imho.
There is definitely smoke now for the fire .
Its just a matter of the finner details ie Price , thats how the market reads it hense the price were it is , what he going to say ...yeh we want WSA lock stick and barrel then ofcourse the price will explode and the takeover will inplode .
