In my opinion, an offer of 1 IGO share for each 3 WSA shares would be a fair deal. All along as each share price has fluctuated, I have thought 1:3 would be suffice for me.
That would provide a good return for WSA holders that want to cash out whilst for those that want to stay with WSA, they keep some ownership in the nickel as well as getting to be a part of the fantastic lithium deal that IGO stitched up last year.
I don't like parting with the ownership in the WSA prospects and I don't want to be paying capital gains tax on a sale. Scrip please.
