Noront BOD against AF, supporting BHP
BHP just stated they will match any AF bid at 70c.
Another massive payday for AF.
If AF wont even give POS $30M cash why would he give Noront $300M to buy it then another $800M capex to build it.
I think he wants it so he can warehouse it for decades & block BHP from it like all those other FMG & mining tenements he has warehoused for decades.
In the end I think AF will flip it, i mean if he flipped AGO for 25% why not Noront for 300% (23c to 70c) for any easy $80M cash profit. Its a lot more than they got for AGO of $15M at 25% profit way more.
Those poor AGO shareholders got 4.5c each while AF made $15M cash and Gina got $8B value & a 50 MBer from AGOs value now around 145c imho.
WSA will go with IGO imho no matter what AF offers.
The rich get richer and the poor get poorer.
