Considering the number of tourists, it’s a matter of months not years, the tourism industry employed more than 8% of the local workforce before Covid. The pressure on New-Zealand government is high if they keep going extra cautious.
I agree on the number of shares, yet if we divide the 2016/06 market cap by the number of shares in 2020/06 we get 3.86$. It’s 40% more than today and it doesn’t account for the fact that SKC is a stronger operation now than it was in 2016 (online gaming, refurbishment of Adelaide casino, hotel development,...). A market cap of 2,86B would take into account the value of the land and buildings, the actual operations and the online part.

Moreover, the current chairman Robert Campell have initiated shares buyback in the past. We can only hope that they will do it again in the future.
