On 31 May 2016, KNL said:
"...Kibaran stated that it is preparing to finalise a binding sales contract with Japenese commodity trader Sojitz Corporation."
and
"Kibaran expects to make announcements concerning both the Sojitz agreement and the debt funding in the near future."
One week later, on 7 June 2016, KNL made an announcement concerning debt funding (the completion of the SRK independent engineering review).
It follows that if the 'near future' includes the SRK IER announcement then it includes the Sojitz announcement.
I am holding my breath and KNL.
Why I think the Sojitz announcement is imminent
