I too have been in FML for approx 5 years, after turning negative for a while, now backing the deal to go through.
But at the same time, if the deal gets past then shareholders, (and I do not see why not),and they receive the money from SD in stages??, I hope FML Management, have all the areas mapped out that they may wisely use the money to realise their long term plans sooner.
