The corporate and elites come out as a group in favour of the yes vote because in recent years governments have dished out our money to them and they are afraid not to support what the government want in fear of losing money.
The closing the gap really only applies to a minority of the Aboriginal population most live in urban areas and are doing ok. The Aboriginal business's have grown from $8.5 million 10 years ago to $18 billion today and most of their employee's are Aboriginal.
