Agreed ATSIC was a very recent disaster which we should learn from.
There is no guarantee that it won’t happen again and that is why it shouldn’t form part of the Constitution.
Placing into the Constitution will virtually guarantee is that any detrimental affects to the community or govt will nearly become impossible to rectify!
