Did you not stop to consider that if the "same" isn't working, then it's that which needs to be addressed? This is not achieved by doubling down and locking-in the "same" to the Constitution.
The desired outcome in the the VOICE is similar to what was in ATSIC!
Who would u have greater faith in, Bob Hawke who only legislated ATSIC or Albo who wanted the VOICE in the Constitution.
Vote NO if u prefer and have greater faith in Bob Hawke ability and assessment compared to Albo.
The Coalition prefers to simply legislate and avoid enshrining it in the Constitution.
