SBL the Burrup website seizes on this quote:
"Tap Oil is bracing for a Supreme Court showdown with its aggrieved customer, Indian fertiliser tycoon Pankaj Oswal, after yesterday applying for a declaration to try to limit damages from a potential failure to supply Mr Oswal with gas to about $US25 million ($30.8 million). "
The case as I understand it was requesting clarification of the contractual position. Oswal had nothing to be "aggrieved" about. His history is as a litigious rich so&so who loved to say "see you in court". Sounds like a rich bully type who likes to use his pocket and the law to do his negotiating but not in any way aggrieved and the gas is still flowing.
And he has run away - good our world needs fewer of his type.
