    Agree on the character assessment of Mr Oswal. He's not someone I'd do business with

    You're referring to liquidated damages. Oswal is/was alleging general damages that relate to the shortfall of gas

    I interpret general damages as being that $5-6 per gigajoule difference Burrup would have to pay by sourcing source gas from elsewhere for the next 20 years
