    You also continue to overlook the fact that with the Burrup case as with alcoa Taps exposure is 12.23 percent. Tap is simply taking the matter to court on bEhalf of JV
    So even if we assume 500 million damages taps exposure is 60 million most likely payable over 14 years resulting in an NPV impact of about 25 ml ion or 10 cents per share
    You seem to be assessing it as If Tap was completely liable which is very wrong
