Note a BUY tip in the Herald sun is code for 'this share price is really high and it's time I offloaded a lot of stock discretely to capitalise on this!'

Maybe the 'institutional insiders' may be swapping out of Mesoblast and could start to buy into Biota (at long last)

Two options:

Buy Mesoblast at $9 at record highs, or Biota at $1, close to ridiculous lows.

Upside from here has to be with Biota
