I totally agree with Nemu.
What if Shandong does similar to what FML did with CRE???
Once they have 51%, the untrusted FML management can then recommend a takeover by Shandong and we the remaining 49% would be left helpless with losses.
Same thing happened with Bowen Energy when one of the major shareholder did a full takeover leaving minor holders helpless and with losses. At this stage don't trust ASIC to come to your rescue.
