    Hi Slura (and others),

    Excellent post.

You raise very good points, but I have a good memory.

Here are some stats about FML.

FY08 to FY12 (the 5 years I have been involved)

Rather than explaining how I feel in detail, have a look at what we have achieved yourself with the steady as she goes approach. My disappointment is clear. With a track record like this, how can we possibly expect 10c+ with the same old, same old.

FYI - Profit in FY12 $6M. Retained Earning - zero

Apologise if these are wrong in any way, did them up very quickly. If they are wrong, they are still close enough to demonstrate what I am trying to say.

In closing, I wont refute your argument because I actually agree with you. Problem for me is, it's not increasing the value of my wealth in FML. We are all invested to see profits and success for FML and for US. If my portfolio was different (i.e. in the black), then perhaps, I would also vote NO and see if they can really pull something out of the hat just moving steadily. The acquisition of CRE was not ideal initially, I agree, but in reality, it has massively increased our output and should have been now giving us the ability to fund things ourselves.
