At the moment I see the Yes deal as saying trust us to do the same as we have been, just with more money. Well that hasn't worked for the shareholders in the past 4 years has it?
If someone got in to a position for a takeover by buying on market, given the strength of feeling displayed on HC for FML then it wouldn't be for 5c would it? And I feel that if an entity had sufficient funds to buy 51% from US, the owners, then they probably would have a reasonable amount of cash behind them for the other bits everyone seems to assume SD is going to splurge on.
I wouldn't mind seeing the colour of someone else's money, 'cause at the moment I'm not going to see any of SD's as a current owner am I?
I am afraid we will just end up like the minority in CRE, irrelevant and ignored, and that is based on the sentiment expressed here on HC by other posters as to their attitude to CRE minority holders.
