RMP could raise $50 million witn an issue of 150 million sharse and still have one fifth the market cap of RRS.
If they wait a few weeks they'd only have to give up 75 million shares. With that they would have plenty of other opportunities prior to Georgia drilling.
At theat point they'd no longer be a two-trick pony.
As well one could wait a few weeks, sell at 60 cents and put some back into RRS or AOI if one wanted to derisk slightly.
