Interesting to see the overwhelming posting response to this thread.
"Investee Advent has inked a preliminary well services agreement with a global specialist to look at engaging a rig for the Baleen prospect which is part of its PEP-11 gas permit in offshore New South Wales. Under the well services agreement, Norway-headquartered Add Energy will review rig availability and engagement terms for the proposed Baleen exploration program.Add Energy will also develop a scope of supply for regulatory and environmental compliance and review the proposed drilling schedule. In readiness for the proposed drilling, Advent has submitted an application with the National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator, which is currently in the “final decision phase”

So BPH has now assembled an army of well qualified experts all dressed up ready to go sitting on their hands waiting for Godot- "A theatre of The Absurd." Can't help thinking all this appointment was slightly erring on the side of premature.

From what we heard from Keith Pitt and others this last week I can't imagine that the NOPSEMA Application is in the “final decision phase” as you quote in your maiden post to this thread.

Why incur all these Drilling Preparation Costs so Prematurely beforehand. To me its putting the Drill before the Course - of approval.

Can't wait to read BPH's thrifty 2021 Annual Report and its Accompanying Financial Audit Report.
