a few weeks ago yellowcake proposed a 'sub-prime crisis is forming in agriculture'(land). The term imediately resonated with me and i feel it is inevitable. Farmers are hocked to the hilt while grain prices and drought conditions(in NSW and Qld) deterioate. It is very likely produce a flood of farms onto the mkt. unless we get rain in these 2 states soon... the sub-prime situation will eventuate sooner rather than later. Those farmers with irrigation/water will buy out their neighbours for a song.
