- Recently closed a deal to acquire up to 90,000 acres in eastern Montana that is prospective for hydrocarbons.

- Developing a sound partnership with Halliburton, the biggest oil and gas services provider on the planet.

- Business is located in the USA, a country that encourages oil and gas exploration and is low sovereign risk.

- Company has the potential to drill 200+ wells if the resource potential is proven which means........

- Samson may become a takeover target sometime in the future.
