It might be because something that should take a certain time to complete and is the main requirement to be able to actually sell large quantities is taking significantly longer and subsequently had to raise money at ridiculously low levels to keep it afloat… which now is still burning a shite load of cash.. if we had to go to loan sharks this trip me it’s unlikely to be a next time. Massive dilution and capital losses for all shareholders… trust is gone
