BDR are also about a year out from production, so cash inflows aren't too far away. They have a defined OPEX and CAPEX ect. so market is more aware of whats happening there, they have also received alot more coverage than IDC, but having said that... IDC should move once progression has been announced (also note the year that IDC has been in the market, the general market has fallen a good 20%, BDRs share price increase came at a time where market sentiment was positive.
