Thank you for the question - let me answer it as honestly as I can - that was posted 9 months ago, and if on the day it was posted you would have told me they would not have landed a deal 9 months later I would have been disappointed to say the least, probably not surprised.

I can say that James Richardson who has backed them very heavily is not showing any signs of panic which is some comfort to me.

Back to your question - I still have faith in management, I still think there is a lot happening and that deals will fall, but the length of time all this is taking is unnerving.

In my last conversation with Steve he told me that he believed shareholders will be surprised with how much they can achieve this year, and that's the very thing, I really do not know why it is taking so long, I really don't know what type of deals they are working on and how many in total or how advanced they are. BUT nor does anyone else and those who are constantly referring to management doing nothing, sitting around drinking coffee, taking overseas junkets and basically getting paid for nothing have no right to say that because they have no idea of the hours they work, the stress, the commitment from them and the sheer workload they are taking on. The fact there have only been two deals done with a monetary component so far does not mean they are not working hard on future deals.

I may not be over the moon with the length of time this is taking but I am certainly not calling management bludgers, far from it.

Pogues, I am happy that James is still heavily involved, and I do know the type of person Mike is and he has a lot riding on this too (not just money) and I know he has confidence in the the Executive Management at Suda.

This year will tell us one way or the other.
