i understand avx has considered several offers, but they were not in the interests of avx holders
from my understanding of the possible commercial return, avx would be right to hold out for an appropriate/higher number
no one is forcing pgl holders, there is a majority vote and sell the pgls if you dont like the result!
i have no problem with a cyt merger as long as it is not arranged by cyt shareholders as proposed by cyt, and is at an appropriate market based valuation/ exchange rate
