Need to buy them this week to get access to the free options.
The options are excerisable at 25c any time up to 2010.
You get one free option for every 2 shares, the shares last traded at 54c which means each option you get should be worth 54c-25c+time premium so 29c +.
So basically each option is worth 15c to you so usa is really 39c.
There is no dilution of the shares unless people excercise the options in which case the company gets 25c for every option issued, they have 30 mill shares so if all the options are excerised they will make nearly 4 mill but the cost will be then dilution.
Anyway story is good, stock is tightly held, very good management in place, tiny market cap and great chart.
