PH being one of the founders and former CEO will always have influence within the company, but moving forward, it's very confidence inspiring to see a talent like LC being able to stand out from PH's shadow and truly take-control/steer the company. Many shareholders may still view PH as the face of the company, and that is something LC will have to contend with, perhaps until she successfully takes this company to the next stage.
