Unfortunately that isn't possible for IMU. Mining comps are allowed using words like "significant" "outstanding " "company making" on drill results as the stated grades can be classified as those due to easy comparison.
The ASX would hardly allow "Imugene's innovative VAXINIA successful in triggering strong immune response " if there is no comparison to other results available. What does " Strong " mean, whom or what is that related to.
Only officially confirmed and approved trial data are allowed to be released and only if there is a valid comparison available, such as HER-Vaxx OS results compared to other similar trials IMU would be allowed to release those titled announcements. That's why IMU is only using " encouraging / early indication / early signals to inform us that in reality there was a significant immune response. Different story when LC is giving interviews, more hints are allowed as there is no ASX censorship but still she has to obey trial guidelines when reporting on progress.
Investing in Biotech is unfortunately a LT game and probably one of the most regulated too due to safety requirements.
