A vastly undervalued company as IMU is, will always be on someone's TO radar.
That is the danger ever present when the SP has been driven down by players rather than the fundamentals of a company.
There may be no TO being considered but the SP has been maneuvered into a position where any TO potential has increased. The longer that the SP stays below where it should be, the greater the chance.
