If the location aint good. And you using investors money to complete the construction. That is no different then flush down the head. Either return the money, ie at 12,13cents a pop. Or keep building it and then also ghost live there and then mold, meldew, algae all over. So, right now, everyone is guessing the building location is in Hollywood or Malibu and many people will be new residence. I just at the shareprice and wonder where are the real estate guru, are they all asleep?
