I believe he is a bot. I've seen a very similar poster on another stock board, that posts in a similar incoherent manner.. you can't make any sense of it. These accounts are setup to fill the forums with baseless posts, multiple times a day.. the intention? I have no idea, as all you have to do is simply use the ignore option.
