The global markets finished off the first quarter with a very healthy session.
All European markets were well up.
In the US, the DOW closed up 415 points. The NASDAQ Biotech Index closed higher by 57 points.
The tech sector drove the markets up with a rise in the NASDAQ of 208 points. They are now referring to the "mini financial crisis" for the recent banking woes and inferring that it is something in the past.
